For example, Visual Workflow enables users to drag and drop workflows into different boxes automatically without coding knowledge.

Tip #2) Create custom fields so admins can capture critical data points such as departments when they create an account. This way, reps know who their potential customers are before speaking to them about the product or service they offer.
